Free 1.3.5 · Feed Automation 1.8.6

Check a supplier feed before it changes your catalog.

Free 1.3.5 reads CSV, XML, or JSON, detects fields, builds readiness diagnostics, compares a sample with the catalog, and exports reports without writing products.

How it works

From a feed URL to a reviewable report

Every step remains under the store administrator’s control.

1. Connect the feed

Enter an administrator-managed CSV, XML, or JSON URL.

2. Choose a profile

Use automatic detection or a mapping template.

3. Run the preview

Review readiness, duplicates, risks, and proposed changes.

4. Download the report

Use the output for manual review, support, or automation planning.

Free 1.3.5

What the public free release actually does

Free does not create, update, or delete products. Its daily cron is a feed check, not an automatic import.

CSV, XML, and JSON

Automatic format and common product-node detection.

Field mapping

SKU, EAN/GTIN, name, price, stock, category, and image.

Readiness diagnostics

Missing and unknown fields, duplicates, risks, and category suggestions.

Catalog dry run

Create, update, skip, risk, and missing-from-feed without product writes.

Presets and history

Repeatable checks and a scheduled daily check without import.

Reviewable outputs

CSV, HTML, import-plan JSON, learning log, and a redacted support ZIP.

Feed Automation only

AI suggestions go through a queue and review

Use a local generator without an external API or an optional OpenAI-compatible provider. External mode may send structured product data to the selected provider; output does not overwrite the catalog without the controlled workflow.

Compatibility and data

A pre-import sample with explicit limits

One run parses at most 200 items and compares the first 100 with the catalog, with a 25-second timeout and up to three redirects. History stores 20 runs, the UI shows the latest 10, and the learning log keeps up to 200 entries.

Requirements

WordPress 6.2+, PHP 7.4+, WooCommerce 7.0+, and a feed URL accessible to the administrator.

Catalog changes

Free does not create, update, or delete products. Its daily cron is a feed check, not an automatic import.

Privacy and services

Free sends a standard HTTP GET only to the feed URL entered by the administrator and does not automatically send the feed to LineSW. The paid add-on uses the Lemon License API and, only when enabled, an administrator-selected OpenAI-compatible provider.

Known 1.3.5 limitation

Public 1.3.5 may incorrectly report a missing image for the standard WooCommerce CSV Images field. Verify the result in the preview and report.
