Privacy
Your messages stay under your control
Datovka communicates directly with ISDS over HTTPS. Stored passwords are protected by macOS Keychain; local metadata and archives are encrypted. The app has no developer messaging server, advertising or analytics.
The optional local Claude Code and Codex connector reads already stored messages and attachments within the scope you approve. Permission may remain permanent until revoked. Further processing of shared content is controlled by your AI client and its settings. Email forwarding prepares a draft in your mail app.

Practical limits and security
Fetching messages and legal delivery
In production ISDS, fetching a received message may have the legal effect of delivery. Manual checks require confirmation; automatic checks need separate consent for each account.
What works offline
Offline access is limited to data already saved locally. Login, synchronization and sending require a network connection.
Technical ZFO checks
Results are technical and limited to the implemented checks. They are not legal advice. Personal work deadlines do not calculate statutory deadlines.
Portable backup
The backup is password-protected. Store its password safely; a forgotten password cannot be recovered.

The current test release is 0.6.0 (46), verified in internal TestFlight. A public App Store release, sales launch date and download are not yet announced.

The newest public preview below shows version 0.6.0 (45). The five additional images are historical synthetic screenshots from an isolated QA profile of build 36, captured on 22 September 2026. They do not show the current TestFlight 46; all displayed data was created for the demo.
Planned offer
299 CZK per year
The app download will be free. The annual subscription for 299 CZK covers ongoing macOS/ISDS compatibility updates, fixes and user support. Public App Store sales have not started.
Acquired features remain available after subscription expiry, including data boxes, the encrypted local archive and the separately authorized Claude Code/Codex connection. Apple displays the actual price and terms before purchase. The annual subscription renews automatically until cancelled through your Apple account.

Is the app publicly available?

Can fetching a message cause legal delivery?
Yes, fetching received messages may have that effect. Manual checks require confirmation; automation requires separate consent for each account.

Can I recover a forgotten portable-backup password?
No. Keep the portable-backup password safe; it cannot be recovered if forgotten.
