Free/Core plugin
The Free plugin is a no-cost entry version for supplier feed diagnostics and dry-run reports without product writes. Paid automation features are clearly separated.
Pro license
A Pro license unlocks automation, rules, cron imports, quarantine, logs and advanced workflows according to the selected plan.

Payment data is processed by Lemon Squeezy. LineSW does not need to store payment card numbers.
Support data
For support, we may process email, issue description, feed URL, error screenshots and technical WordPress/WooCommerce information.
Feed samples
If a customer sends a feed sample, it is used only to diagnose mapping and import rules.

Refunds follow the terms shown during checkout and Lemon Squeezy processing. Customers can contact support with the order number and reason.
Technical issues
For technical issues, send the feed URL, log, screenshot and plugin version first. Many issues can be solved with mapping or quarantine rules.
